At the start of the pandemic there was limited supply, but the MediSupplies website was accurate and delivery swift, at a time their dispatch department must have been inundated.I'm only reviewing now since some friends are looking for oximeters and I've directed them towards MediSupplies. Certainly no issues recommending this company.

Unsolicited emails suggesting 'legitimate interest' when they've bought our data which is completely against GDPR regulations.Will be reported to the ICO.

Made a order Friday they where here Saturday and at a very competitive price will use again happy customer

Order from these guys most weeks and everything always comes on time. The bad reviews seem to be from 2 or 3 years ago so I am guessing they have sorted out their problems. Would definitely recommend

I purchased some disposable gloves and a first aid kit for my brother to use and they were of great quality, will use again.

Medi supplies need to sort out delivery if you can't deliver next day you should not except payment for it, orders taken on Friday cannot be delivered next day, I was told it was because they don't work Saturday, but as it was dispatched Friday and the post office work Saturday then that must mean you had no intention of delivering next day, no delivery charge refund offered, manager refused to speak to me. Would not recommend.

NEVER BUY FROM THESE GUYS. I ordered two products (order confirmation 1387502) for a total of £23.76. They only posted one product costing £1.95 and did not bother delivering the other product. No communication whatsoever from them regarding the missing product. Tried to call them, but not getting connected. No response for follow up email sent either. I have been charged the full £23.76 and have not received any refund for the missing product. Going to take this further as, for me, this is a matter of principle.

Order placed on Wednesday, 21st of August. Paid for next day delivery. Still haven't received the package, plus haven't received any confirmation email.Everything sorted, by lovely lady from customer service

I'm sorry I think every good review I have read about his company must be false - cause their service is atrocious! The prices quoted are ex VAT - why? And higher than the correct 20% rate I hasten to add. They charge extortionate rates to deliver via UPS who do not even attempt to deliver but leave it in a proper filthy dirty shop that I never go to because of that reason. The VAT & delivery charge was about another 60-70% of the initial charge. Please tell me what company that you order online from in the UK adds the VAT afterwards - not one single one that I have ever used, but I suppose because it is medical supplies they we will need it quick - terrible!

We always order through MediSupplies. They are really efficient. Great prices, fast delivery. option to invoice. Really great for small businesses like ourselves.
