We ordered a pair of winter mats for our Passat R-Line. The next day we went to the showroom to collect them. The lovely helpful man unwrapped them which I would have struggled to do, then he removed the velour mats and fitted the winter ones.It's always a pleasure to go to JCT600 Wakefield and the staff are excellent.

I have dealt with Elliot Hardy over the last 4/5 months - he has been absolutely brilliant. This is the 3rd car bough from the dealership and have always had a great service. Elliot made this very easy for me, constantly updating and genuinely felt like he was going out of his way to help - great service, highly recommend**EDIT**Despite a good experience when purchasing, after sales care has been extremely disappointing. After a number of emails/calls to the branch I have had 1 response back on 23/10.Additional money continues to be taken out of my account along with the dealership not clearing my old agreement which has caused me issues.EDIT ** -14/11As per below comment, there has been 1 attempt to call on 12/11 - I had to Google the number as no voicemail left and no other attempted contact made

Really good service from Danny Bettley. I found exactly the car at JCT 600 that I wanted and Danny sorted the financials out so I could buy it within my budget. He made the process really straightforward, he dealt with all of the administrative processes efficiently. When I was hit by covid Danny just sorted everything out digitally and the sale went ahead on the agreed day. Danny was excellent and took my husband through all sales complexities. I am delighted with my new car with great service, JCT600 is highly recommended.

Being using Wakefield JCT for a few years (and before that was Hull JCT for many years)... love the service offered from the team, the environment is bright, friendly, clean, easy for me to work whilst I wait.. love the waiting experience if Im honest and it makes things easy - you have great coffee, lol!Never had a problem with any aspect including my car purchase experiences.... This is the second car purchased from JCT VW dealership. We received excellent service from initially Umar and then Tracy. They were both pleasant, patient and knowledgeable which made the process easier. I would highly recommend JCT 600 VW. Excellent coffee too!

Very nice experience, from the staff at reception to the service staff I dealt will. Booked a loan car and all went smoothly. All work carried out was explained, with future work outlined. Very good indeed.
