Kwik Fit - London - Chelsea

Very efficient and friendly service. Puncture repair this time but had my tyre size in stock in case repair wasn’t possible.

I first called in to see if I could get my tire replace to ensure there was any stock, Gary picked up the phone and told me to hold, as I was already near by I though it would be a good idea to just drive in while on hold. by the time I got to the garage and parked up Gary took me off hold at which point I told him I was beside him whilst on the phone. we both had a laugh and than got straight to work.He got the guys to fit the new tire on (£353.55), I took the opportunity to also informed him that one of my sensors was playing up, he did a quick check and was able to confirm that the battery was dyeing and I would needed a replacement. with this new information and the fact that he was able to diagnose the problem in a matter of a few minute gave me confidence. I am now coming back to get my sensor replace next week because of Gary.Thank you Gary!!!10 out of 10

From the moment I called the Kiwk Fit Chelsea, the service has been 11/10. I've been dealing with Scott, who's gone above and what's expected. Highly Recommended

Excellent service from Scott today. He really handled the work flow and atmosphere today. Kept everyone satisfied. I felt bad taking up a lot of time because I initially came in for one tyre but thanks to Scott’s sharp eyes and noticed both my front tyres were worn out also. Thank you Kwik fit and Thank you Scott.

Nice hard working staff but very small and limited as to what is stocks and can offer. Also, cramped where it’s situated down in car park - took ages to manoeuvre car out again! Best to go to Wandsworth Road or old Kent rd KwikFit if you need things such as headlight bulbs fitted.

My car felt like brand new driving out. Great customer service! So friendly and helpful and considerate. It was completed quicker than i expected! Overall 10/10!!

Great service, all done in an hour and a quarter. Guy in charge phoned when he said he would. All in all very efficient

Brilliant, polite, efficient and economical service.I did not have an appointment but needed a puncture repaired urgently and was fitted in somehow by an extremely busy manager.

Friendly staff, especially the guy that changed my tyre & he was managing the reception desk/phone calls/PC.
