Lovely staff always willing to engage and with a smile. A good selection of items on the pricey side but they have a fantastic £5 frozen meal/dessert offer containing some great items. Better now they self service tills but if they just had more manned tills service times would be vastly improved.

Although this is a good shop im giving a low star as its now going to clamp any vechicles on their car park staying longer than 45 mins or when the stores closed. Very bad policy , not thinking of the local community and very selfish towards the other small shops in the area ...i will be boycotting from now on

The store itself is handy to local residents especially with its local deliveries. Prices are what you expect from Co-op, not the cheapest, but convenience comes at a cost. Staff as a whole are helpful, polite and very friendly - I say as a whole as at the moment 1 bad fish spoils the pond. Senior member of management (I believe the Under Manager) thinks it's ok to belittle the staff in front of customers, if that isn't bad enough, it's appropriate for her to about at members of staff who were helping customers at the cigarette kiosk. Surely this type of behaviour should be dealt with behind closed stores and not on the shop floor? Very poor people skills from this member of staff who would benefit from a bit of retraining.Apart from that store is excellent for the local area.

How do the management here this it's OK to interview candidates and not have the decency to inform them they have been unsuccessful. Even when the candidate called chasing feedback the call has been avoided, and management advised we will get back to you in a couple of days.... Management of the store you are not better than anyone else and show some respect.

Dropped off a parcel for a DPD collection which was not scanned correctly, Parcel was then lost for 3 weeks in the system. Customer no longer needed the items as the delivery date was missed.No real sincere apology for any of this at all either.Unfortunately there isn't an option for Zero star on this review.

Nice clean well run medium sized supermarket where you can get all your weeks shopping in a relaxed atmosphere.This is more like the co-op supermarkets we had back in the 70s and 80s and not just a convenience store, I so wish there were more co-op shops like this one.

Poor store you must check dates on all items to ensure they are not out of date. Some items not priced up lack of checkout staff. Most time only tobacco kiosk serving. Other tills closed. This has been the same problems for years under other owners. Prices not cheap. Most staff are polite and friendly though.

don't go go to Aldi as cheaper as co op prices are expensive co op store should be sold to Asda or Tesco or sainsburys as they are better
