Great service from a very professional and knowledgeable owner. We needed some work done to sort out a quality picture on Sky for our golfers bar following refurbishment and quick clean service was the order of the day. As we were a TV short for the area John was also able to provide this at short notice and at a good price. No hesitation in recommending.

Excellent job again by Justin and John. They had sorted out our complicated, inconsistent technology (which was ahead of its time when we put it in in 2010/11) a few years ago. This time it was our 4G mast which needed replaced as our Wi-Fi signal was down 70% on average and was totally unpredictable. After their work, we had an amazing 50-60 Mbps and they checked & updated our internal set up too - so we are definitely happy customers.

I have just had Mark and Jamie from John Ross Smart Home Solutions round to my new house to carry out a satellite install and mount my television on the wall.They did a first class job. The install was not trivial but it was completed professionally and in a timely manner. We have been using the services of John and his team for the best part of 20 years in various homes in Fife and have never been disappointed. We have just created a new TV/Music Room in the attic of our current home. We asked John Ross to supply and fit a new TV and new Sonos soundbar to hook up with our main Sonos system throughout the house. I can wholeheartedly recommend this firm. The engineer (Jason) managed to solve a problem that we have had with one of our TVs over a period of five years. I have had Sky out to sort it 4 times as there were connection problems and also have had another local company who couldn't sort the problem. Jason came in asked the correct questions and was able to identify the minor problem almost immediately and I am happy to report that we now have a fully functioning TV and not only that have been shown how to rectify the problem should it ever occur again. !0/10

Jason getting the cables in was a huge bonus after we had not done this when getting our renovation and extension done.We would recommend to to anyone doing building work to get audio and network cabling done during the electrical fit out, and ask John Ross for recommendation during your planning stage. Then get them back to fit the fun stuff!The system you recommended is great and all working brilliantly, the Tidal recommendation is awesome too, we did a direct comparison to Spotify and it blows it away. We watched a film on Friday night and had to turn the sub down as the furniture was bouncing!It was very refreshing to have a conscientious professional contractor who provided thorough quotes, turned up when they said they would and did what they said they would, working with us.No point trying to do it yourself when you can have professionals do this at a very reasonable price.These guys are a credit to their trade and would highly recommend for anyone looking for quality audio or smart living solutions.Thanks again!
