I was looking for something a little more original as a gift than the standard off the shelf purchase and came across Emma's website. I messaged her asking whether she could make a heart with specific colours and and message personal to me for someone very close to our family. She communicated regularly throughout the process but also asked if I wanted certain things added which I hadn't thought of. I am chuffed to bits with the finished product. Will use the site again for future unique gifts.
