Excellent customer service and good value for money. These guys know their stuff and did an excellent job of making my husband's wedding outfit. The selection in-store is huge so we were able to get the tartans we needed. I would recommend this shop to anybody who wants kilt hire or to purchase an outfit. They have a great range of accessories and gifts also.

Went in to the Shop today not really knowing what to expect. Had a very precise idea of what I was looking for but was not sure about the details. Declan was absolutely fantastic, patient and ready to help guide us in the right direction. The whole process went very smoothly and he gave us the time to make considered decisions. An amazing experience from beginning to end, REALLY looking forward to trying the finished product! Thank you Declan! Definitely 5 stars definitely recommend!

Exceptional service quality and customer interaction. Can't recommend them enough. Staff great, Erin fantastic guiding me with my tartan and outfit along with HollyCouldn't be happier with every part of this process, everything done to perfection quicker than the timeframe given to ensure I had my outfit for the occasion it was intended for.

Honestly fantastic experience from when I essentially blind called them based on online reviews to kilt return. Smooth, professional, quality service and product. The even accommodated my friends very last minute (day before wedding!). I'll probably be back even though I live in the US.

100% the best and most helpful place we had visited, I am part of the grooms party and we had been to a few places , but the staff here go to a different level of customer service to the rest great range or tartan and good quality , matched by a large stock . Very polite , attentive and enthusiastic.

Great service. I got kilt hires from MacGregor & MacDuff at Bath Street for my wedding. Some of the party went to the Dumbarton Rd shop; the well distributed network of MacGregor & MacDuff shops was a plus.

Excellent customer service here. The whole kilt buying process was an absolute delight but when there was an issue with my kilt the Sales Manager (Eliss) really went far beyond my expectations. I've been recommending MacGregor & MacDuff to everyone who'll listen. And I imagine I'll be back myself for some new accessories!
