Each time I've visited this store I'm impressed with the service I've received by the store manager eli who's impeccable mannerism is 2nd to none. Its so trusting in the knowledge that you can rely on her experience and faultless attitude. A credit to the company without saying. Thank you. Mike.

Awful girl serving, let someone jump the line then told me off for saying ‘really’ - I waited patiently behind a guy with a huge order of negatives, a woman brushed past us and did her photo order on a terminal, then got serviced to pay before me. Apparently I had the nerve to ask ‘really’ as I was here first. The rude girls behind the counter told me I was wrong and had an attitude, the lady getting served told her no I was before her. I again got told off for being rude, I left and got great service at the very next place. Don’t bother, horrible person serving!

Poor quality goods flimsy thin backings on frames. Unhelpful staff

I went to Snappy Snaps yesterday after calling up and asking some details over the phone. The man that helped me was very helpful and friendly. I’m also really happy with my print, I asked for a photo on my phone to be enlarged, printed and framed. This will make the perfect present for my sister!

The shopkeeper that I spoke to was very kind, helpful and efficient. I needed a Passport photograph and a set of four (with others sent to my email address) were soon taken and processed at a very reasonable price. Furthermore there is a guarantee of satisfaction given so that if there are any problems with the photos when the passport is being issued, this can be dealt with free of charge. Their processing of holiday photos is very good too. In addition they do a wide range of photo based services such as the restoration of old photographs.

Speedy service, kind and helpful staff, great value for money, perfect passport photos, it was accepted instantly, and you get both digital and physical copies of your pictures.

Appalling service and attitude by the girl who said she is the manager. I asked for copies of old photos in B&W, you can see the results below! The first is the copy Snappy Snaps did as you can see one is blue. Despite me saying I had been in the previous year and had them done perfectly by another staff member, the manager serving me today could only say that’s how the scanned. I am not sure if she lacked experience or simply could not be bothered. I left the store and went to the Torquay Photo Centre FujiFilm asked for the same and was given perfect copies. This store is across from Primark in Union Street. I only wish I had gone there first and not wasted my money in Snappy Snaps
