Collected our car this week after an MOT and a service – exceptional service from start to finish and Kevin, Hannah and all the team went above and beyond to meet our particular needs. Extremely efficient, helpful and friendly staff and we were kept fully informed throughout, with all work and every care taken to look after our car to the highest standards. Of all our experiences of taking cars to be serviced, this has been by far the best – we could not recommend more highly.

Fabulous experience of buying a car. Our dream car showed up on Bravoauto Towcester's site, but due to being hundreds of miles away and not being able to see in person before we bought, we were very apprehensive. Well we needn't have been. From our first contact with the team, we have had nothing but exemplary service. Ryan - you are a star salesman. Brilliant communication, an incredibly detailed video show-round of the car and all queries promptly dealt with. To be honest, the car seemed too good to be true, but when we travelled down to pick it up - it wasn't! It was even better than we expected. Thank you Ryan for making what can be a stressful and nerve-wracking purchase a breeze. A quick mention also to Matthew (who completed the handover, as Ryan was on a well-deserved holiday), and Simran (our initial contact who was very professional and friendly). What more can we say except bravo, Bravoauto Towcester!

We bought a Mini for my wife here in this summer. Enjoyed my experience in Selling my Car. Got a good, fair price, and the process was quick and seamless. This isn't my usual experience with selling cars so it was really appreciated. Sobia looked after me through the entire thing and, to be honest it was me slowing things down if there was any delays really. She was ready with the next thing to do and knew it all. Empowered, eager to help, a really great experience.

An experience of two parts, both of which deserve 5 stars.I'm not a car fan and the whole process of needing to get a new car felt massively daunting. We called into bravoauto Towcester on spec as we were passing, not really expecting to find anything within my quite specific criteria and minimal budget but there was a car that caught my eye and ticked enough of the boxes. Ryan was friendly and patient throughout and I appreciated the way he listened to what I was looking for and answered my questions openly and honestly rather than pushing me to consider other, more expensive cars or to make a quick decision. The next day I decided to buy the car, part exchanged my beloved old wreck of workhouse and arranged collection for few days later. All good.However, the evening after collecting it the clutch went in the new car. Fully aware that the warranty didn't cover the clutch I called Ryan the next morning, more in hope that expectation, who immediately apologised, quoting my primary criteria of reliability and straight away put me through to Kevin in the Service team. As bad luck would have it the breakdown recovery company's phone system had 'broken down' that day and I was impressed at the lengths the team went to to try and contact anyone there. We arranged to get the car back to Towcester ourselves, somewhat abandoning it with them as I had to return to work. Kevin took a look, got a new part and delivered it back to me in 48 hours. He even offered to arrange a courtesy car but that was unnecessary.A company that was great for the sale part but who especially excelled when things went wrong.
