Pink car leasing provided me with the best service from start to finish. I needed a car by a certain date due to starting a new job and the team went above and beyond to make this happen. I received regular updates without having to chase and every time I spoke to someone, I received genuine and friendly customer service experience. Caught my attention with a deal that seemed too good to be true. Went through the process of getting finance approved only to find out there was a mistake in ordering the car and it had to be cancelled. Apparently there were 20 of us in the same position.They offered to find alternatives but simply didn't come back to me. I think they got frustrated with me in the end.So either this deal was a way to draw in business and then upsell to more expensive deals or the company is incompetent. Either way I suggest you avoid.

They are all over you when you first seem interested in leasing.When you have signed up they then lose interest. If you then decide to cancel the Agreement because of bad service, rather than contacting you to try and find some way to resolve the issue they just say ok, we will get someone to call you.I would love to get the issues resolved but they don't seem that bothered about it.

The service I received from Anissa Elmecheri is the sales department was excellent. She was friendly, information and very helpful. The service was fast but not pushy, I didn't have to wait for days for an answer or reply. She called first to introduce herself but was happy to communicate with email. She was able to answer all my questions and provide me with all the information I needed. Although we did not order a vehicle with Pink car leasing this time it was due to make and model availability definitely not the service I was receiving.Thank you

5 star rating because of the outstanding service provided by Billy Ward. Billy listened to what I wanted and got me a car package that suits me perfectly. Had my Audi A3 for several months now and I’m very happy. I’ll definitely be using again and would highly recommend. Ask for Billy and you won’t be disappointed.

Chris Hart provided an excellent service for my mum Dominique when searching for a new lease car after our previous lease company let us down when trying to renew. Chris kept us in mind when the car we wanted came back up at the price we wanted, and processed our details very quickly and efficiently to secure the car. Dealing someone called billy. Shocking service, ask constantly for someone to call me back, never happens. My two cars were due to be delivered a month ago today i have been told one is ready and one is not, and possibly not even been ordered due them not sending the right docs. I ordered these cars almost one year ago. not a mention of any discount on the vehicles for the inconvenience to our selves. completely the opposite, we have actually been told that the order was not put through from a mistake that they had made and that we will need to pay more as the price of the vehicle has gone up.
