Clare is fantastic. She put me immediately at ease during my first NLP session with her, and she always came back to me and where I was at.We worked on a number of blockages and perceived issues I was experiencing, and it became clear the answer had been inside me all along. Clare helped me shine a light on that and what truly matters to me, and gave me some valuable tools to keep practicing.I'd recommend Clare to anyone, regardless of where you find yourself right now. But particularly if you're experiencing blocks or upset of any kind.

Clare both gave a keynote address and ran a workshop at the National Sea Scout Leaders Conference, which had volunteers from across the UK attending. She was engaging, confident and a pleasure to work with. The materials, tone and message were all appropriate to volunteers and she has sparked a fair amount of interest. Thanks Clare for a real help in making this an issue we can make a difference on.

Great trip on the Adhur with Wild Ocean Soul. We had a mixed group of ability, and Clare's instruction was clear for all. She gave good advice on improving technique, and helped the less experienced paddlers gain confidence. Recommended. :-)

I know Clare personally and have witnessed, in awe, how she has completely reinvented herself in the past two years. When Clare offered me coaching (including NLP) during a very difficult chapter in my life, I jumped at the chance. Clare is gifted in coaching. She has helped me to crystalise the changes I needed to make to my work schedule. I felt very stuck in a rut, not knowing how or where to begin. Yet after just two hours together we put in place the first steps and Clare gave me the tools to commit to the plan. Immediately, my procrastination, self doubt and fear transformed into confidence and action. I have great faith in Clare and look forward to booking my next session with her when it's time for me to take the next steps.

Really enjoyed Wild Ocean Soul’s fantastic river SUP retreat day in Surrey. 8km of stunning scenery with plenty of time to relax, swim & chat with the other paddlers. Gentle & respectful tuition. Highly recommend this river adventure.

My daughter and I had a wonderful time on the water with Clare from Wild Ocean Soul. This was my first attempt at standing up on the board and I felt very supported. Clare’s high level of attention and instruction empowered me and instilled confidence. I felt very safe and really enjoyed the experience of being on the river. I will be back for a 1-1 lesson soon. We had partnered with Clare before so we knew we could rely on her to come up with an incredible educational programme for over 60 secondary students and 20 graduates and staff. She partnered with Claire Potter and together they developed a day full of motivating and inspiring talks; hands-on team-building activities; thought provoking materials, resources and ideas. To top it all off they concluded the day by organising a fun-filled silent disco beach clean, which the students and adults alike, thoroughly enjoyed. A huge thank you to Clare and Claire as well as the Pier to Pier beach clean team. I highly recommend them for any environmental school programmes or corporate team building events.

I spent a great couple of hours on river Adur with Clare today and I absolutely loved it! Clare is great company so that’s a good start but also a very skilled and patient teacher! I was definitely paddling with a bit more style by the end of our lesson! It was a really fun Friday afternoon! Thanks!

Clare's passion is infectious! I love the energy she has for making a difference! I've worked with her on 2 Paddle Pickup expeditions now, after 20km of paddling and 14 hours of paddling each day, she still mustered the energy an drive, to sort and wash the plastics we collected. They could then be recycled effectively. She always goes the extra mile to find the best solution. A true Ocean advocate!

I attended a Beginners session with Clare on the River Adur. I felt in very safe hands from the outset - we spent time on the bank understanding techniques and safety precautions. We then spent some time practicing those techniques on the water before heading out for a fabulous trip down the Adur and back. Clare was incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. I certainly feel ready to venture out on my own now but will definitely be back for more lessons to learn more and have fun! Thank you so much
