I’ve bought a lot of cars. Had some bad experiences along the way. So when approaching this deal, was probably a little paranoid and this would have come across in my dealings with Chris. However the experience was excellent all the way through. The car was competitively priced versus others across the UK and within the first few days there was an issue that was fixed with zero quibbles. Would recommend Chris. Seen this car advertised on autotrader.After enquiring, I received a personalised video and a phone call back as promised, followed by finance figures.Being from wales and this essentially being a long distance sale, I was admittedly sceptical. However, Chris made the entire experience absolutely seamless!Everything from a video of the cars lights (they had to be the upgraded DRL’s,) answering 101 phone calls with 101 questions, to driving out of his way to pick me up from the airport!After spending many years myself in sales at dealerships, I think a few things could be learned from Chris!Honestly, thank you so much for going above and beyond.I don’t think I’d hesitate to catch another flight and drive 9 hours one way to buy another car off you!!

Following some extensive research I came across Automotive Scotland on my Google search. On reading the reviews I knew I had to meet these guys. Chris and Maria are the most lovely knowledgeable little team and run their business exceptionally well. Attention to detail and customer psatisfaction is priority to them. At my test drive Chris suggested about town and bypass driving so that I could get a proper 'feel' for the car. Great service from Automotive Scotland.From start to finish Chris made changing cars a breeze with everything done with professionalism and efficiency. Nothing was too much trouble, right from the test drive (where I was encouraged to take an extended drive to make sure I was fully satisfied) to picking up the car with a full tank of fuel, 12 month MOT & breakdown cover and a 6 month RAC warranty. Despite this being a budget vehicle purchase, I got exactly the same service as if I'd bought one of the vehicles from the normal" stock price range.Definitely worth a look if you're in the market for a good quality used car with a high level of after sales service."

5 star service from start to finish. Not your usual car salesman lets put it that way, if you have any sort of stereotype in your head then Chris will be the opposite. Very helpful and genuine from the get go in my opinion, I would have no problem recommending Automotive Scotland.For an older car, it was in excellent condition if not even better than described by Chris.
