Possibly the worst KFC around.. and trust me there are loads! Food is poor at times.. like they dont have enough flavouring or coating changes . Waiting times are always a joke even when quiet! Seriously needs looking at! Lots more other things too.. I ain't going back no more!

No hot drinks anymore. Order window has been out of order for ages.no sweetcorn ordered chicken and chips was offered mash with it.Chicken was heated up from yesterday I think. Dry and inedible. What has happened to a once lovely place

An absolute joke! Order speaker out of service just like the staff inside it seems been waiting in the drive thru" for 30 mins might as well make it in to more parking spaces! So not only does it take over 40 minutes to actually order they then give out cold chicken burgers so then another wait to get hot ones which weren't also! Then to find only 1 box of pop corn chicken which should have been 2! So not only have they robbed us of our time they have also stolen our money! Didn't look very hygienic either."

Didn't enjoy my visit. Half the screens behind the counter weren't functioning properly so you had no idea what to order, which unless you're a regular visitor of KFC this isn't helpful. There were six of us, and trying to find a deal that would suit all of us wasn't brilliant. If you're looking forward to having a nice hot drink with your meal, forget it, they don't do them anymore.

Like a roller coaster of emotions. Took ages to place my order through drive-through. Arrive to be told not allowed 2 separate mobile orders (litterally forgot the sides). The cashier was confident we wouldn't get all our food and told me to check it. Also said there was an hours wait. Get to the next window as I wanted a refund as I'm not waiting for another house on top of the 40 mins in queue to be told it's an 8 minute wait, not an hour. All food came, including the sides. And tasted lovely and fresh. I just wish they could speed up the process

Ordered and paid in drive through, time stamped 14:06. We ordered two twister wraps of the day with chips and a drink. At the collection window, we were told there was only one wrap ready, we could have that, which the server then held up a bag, or wait. We chose to wait and were asked to park at the front. At 14:36 we went in to ask for a refund. We were told the wrap was nearly ready, and would just be another 5 minutes. After saying, no thank you, we've been waiting 30 minutes, the server said no you haven't, and we're going as fast as we can. We showed the server our receipt which was time stamped and were then provided with a refund.

Ordering machines don't have the full menu, kitchen doesn't have the limited menu that is available on the ordering machines, ordering machines prompt for table service which isn't available and don't print receipts but also don't error, ordering takeaway results in missing food and no sauces, food itself isn't great. Rude customers, sticky tables and disgusting toilets. The whole place should be closed until they can sort their act out.

I thought drive thru was supposed to be quick??20 mins before I got my food and I only ordered a meal for 1 person!!When is this restaurant management going to buck it's ideas up a provide customers with a fast service.The only consistent thing from here is their speed, SLOW.Can someone give them the award for the worlds slowest drive thru.Have a look at all the other complaints about their slow service, come on KFC surely your brand is better than this.DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!

This place gets worse! Thought with such a high turn over of staff we would give it another chance in hope it had improved but no. Firstly my daughter twisted her ankle in the car park due to a missing drain cover. Ordered using the machine that was covered in notes about unavailable stock. Couldn't put number in for table service as none there, although half tables were empty. Didn't get a receipt printed either. £30 for 2 meals with upgraded drinks. Waited 25 minutes for order to be ready only to be told drinks we paid extra for weren't available. Wouldn't exchange for chicken, even though it cost less than the extra we had paid. The food was just about warm, although no lettuce in burgers. The staff have no customer service skills, the place is a mess, definitely not 'fast food' and over priced for what you actually get eventually. I've never known such a poor kfc. When will they employ someone that can actually run it properly?! Waste of time and money, should have gone to pizza hut, would have actually spent same amount of time and money for much better value and service

Kept waiting for 45 minutes after ordering online. Expected the food to be piping hot as it had just been cooked. Was dismayed to find it was barely warm. Chicken was still nice but the chips were awful. Hoping this was a one off at it was chaotic in there.
