I love watches, and so do these gentlemen. I bought a mint Black Bay Bronze and all I can say , is professional , fun, knowledgeable, and most of all fair, very fair indeed. I will defo be back when I have some more money. I am simply chuffed with my purchase and it was competitively priced. The level of patients and customer care is second to none. Professional service, great products, in a beautiful space. I was in London and ran across the website for The Luxury Hut. They had a watch that I had not seen before and was interested in. I called to verify that it was still available and set a time to stop by to take a look. When we arrived we were warmly greeted and entered a brand new showroom space (they said it had opened less than a month ago). They were very prepared for the visit and already had the watch pulled from their wall showcases waiting on me. I took a look at the watch and asked to see several others for comparison. There was no pressure to buy and they were very helpful in answering all of my questions. Ultimately I decided on the watch I had come in for. We reached a fair price on the watch. I am very pleased with my purchase and the experience. We will definitely do business again.

Chancer! Avoid.Bought a Cartier ADLC described as unworn.Received in what looked as as unworn, further checks found;Original box had another makes details so not the correct box, warranty card and watch serial number not found on the Cartier site for warranty purpose. Screw missing from the back which was noticed a few months after purchase.I've emailed them regarding the screw to which I have had no reply. This is supposed to be a water resistant watch!Reply from the seller the watch was sold as preowned in unworn condition
