Made an appointment with me, it snowed I was not contacted to tell me it was cancelled. I called the help line to see if this branch was open they said they were. I walked trudged through the snow to find out it was closed. Second time i've been given bad info and they wasted my time.Wish they would get their communicate better.

Co-op went down the pan in the last few years. They are woefully incompetent and don't care when there's a problem. My card keeps getting declined despite having tons of money in the account.
