From initial call, to final sign off Sanders went above and beyond all expectations.Having been passed their number from a local builder with a rave review, Mark replied almost instantly and attended for a site visit 72hrs later. My requirements were all but a full rewire. Mark was personable, honest and realistic. He gave a competitive quote and realistic lead time. Within 6 days the work was done. After Will and Joe began, many more half-expected issues arose. Their problem solving ability and experience showed and a plan put in place that may have added an additional 2 days on to the original 3. They were clear and concise in communication, artistic in finish and patient with queries. Less than a week later Will, Joe and Mark returned and were able to complete all works and resolve all issues in less time than quoted. It was a pleasure to have them in my home and clean up more mess than they even made! To credit their personality I feel like I have known them a lot longer than 3 days and have already recommended to friends and colleagues. I would never use another electrician again if I can help it. They are a credit to their trade and 3 of the nicest guys I have had the pleasure of meeting.

Mark & Will Sanders provided us with first class service, going well above and beyond the call of duty after we suffered a power cut due to an electrical fault. In the first instance, Mark provided advice over the phone (7.30 on a Sunday morning!) to isolate the problem so we had power within 5 minutes. They arrived the next day to fix the complex problem which they identified and resolved, and gave advice about future work which would improve the safety and efficiency of our electrical system. They were a delight to have in the house - polite, friendly and very tidy, and all at a reasonable rate. Strongly recommend them.
