Would be less than 1 star if I could!!!! Shocking customer service, they really are not interested at all, they just want your money. Then when, finally, your contract has ended make sure you cancel your direct debit with your bank yourself, because they will carry on collecting it and refuse to give it back!!! Unbelievable, robbing b@$t@rd5!!!!! Just spoken to our bank, cancelled the DD and the bank has refunded the money. They also said they are forever getting complaints about NewCall Telecoms (Fuel Broadband). Be warned!!!!!

I would give zero stars if I could.Without a doubt, the worst company I have ever had to deal with. If you are considering using Fuel- DON'T.Myself and my partner work from home so need access to the internet for our livelihood. We moved to a new house in November and arranged for the broadband to start immediately. Despite constant calls to Fuel we were without broadband for 2 months before we decided our business was suffering and we needed to cancel the contract and go with another provider. After ignoring our emails, once the direct debit was cancelled, Fuel suddenly became very active and have sent a barrage of emails and letters demanding we pay for the broadband we didn't have plus a cancellation fee. In turn we sent them an invoice for the extra data we had to buy in order to continue to run our business through our mobile phones. This was ignored and Fuel are now threatening to damage our credit rating if we don't pay.The internet was non-existent and customer service appalling. I regret ever getting involved in the company and as a result am massively out of pocket. A quick look on their Facebook page will tell you that mine is not a rare case.AVOID

Fuel are absolutely great...if you want a massive headache, unreliable service and to be about £50 out of pocket. 9 days after our activation date we finally got the internet that we signed up for. For the morning at least and then it never worked again. Absolute disgraceful service and the feeling of being completely ripped off. Now with Sky who guess what, worked from the activation date!

I feel it important to try and balance the negative reviews with the positive. I've been with Fuel for three months thus far and experienced no issues whatsoever. The set up date/time was communicated well and was accurate, and since then I've had no outages or speed/download restrictions. Speeds as advertised (15Mbps) and low, stable ping when gaming. Transparent billing process. I would highly recommend based on my personal experience.

Been with Fuel for 15 months now. Found it easy to set up and on the occasions I have called customer service I found them to be friendly & helpful and what I was told would happen actually did happen and within timescales promised. I had terrible problems with Plusnet and am delighted with the services of this provider who are excellent in comparison with the last lot!

Started fine, ended badly. There are a lot of negative posts on here and sadly I must concur with them even though everything went great with them for so long.Moved into my old house around 2, 2 and a half years ago and got Fuel as my phone and broadband provider. All fine, everything turned up and worked without any real problems. Customer service was pretty shocking when I needed to get in touch (massive waiting times and generally impatient and unhelpful phone staff) but luckily that didn't happen much... until i moved out. Sent over half a dozen emails and what seemed like a million hours on hold on the phone saying I wanted to cancel as the house i was moving into already had an internet provider. Finally after 2 MONTHS of trying to get in touch and being charged for an empty house I was finally told that it would be cancelled. About time. Paid and cancelled my DD. Another 2 months go by and I start receiving calls and texts, and I must stress this point, NO EMAILS which the phone staff (again after an obscene amount of time on hold) said I'd been sent wanting more money off me. Hang on! I've been cancelled 2 months, why do u want money off me? Apparently they hadn't received my cancellation email which I sent whilst on the phone to an operator. I shan't be paying another penny, they can quite frankly, suck it.

....0 STARS....**********PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GO WOTH THEM********. YOU WILL REGRET IT. Often loses connection and is quite slow, lots of buffering, compared to my last provider. DO NOT go with Fuel if you plan to move home. Contract started, then when it came to moving home, had to end contact and restart a new one at the new address... and NOT on the same deal I had first time around. If I didn't do this, I had to pay the contract. I will have to move again in around 7-8 months, so will be in the same position again. I would never use again as this isn't common practice and not clear on the website. Very sneaky. Also told no engineer visit needed. guess who turns up on my door and they are now trying to make me pay for it! this company is not professional at all, should be shut down. Getting in touch with Ofcom to raise awareness of these cowboys!

Zero stars given. This company have not supplied my service for over 2 months yet continue to request money from me. I have no phone line and they have said no need to send an engineer out. Customer service I don't think exist, just 1 guy who takes payments. This is an awful company to sign with and I am currently in the process of taking them to a small claims court for breach of contract. Please STAY CLEAR!!

I ordered a new line with Fuel, as it was free when I damaged a cable during some building renovation. The order process went smoothly and all contacts with customer service were quick and efficient. However, I managed to repair the issue after finding the fault. So decided to cancel the order within the cooling off period.Again, fast and efficient service.I can't comment on the quality of the broadband service, but customer service was 100% when I contacted them each time.

Sadly I can not rate for 0. The worst ever service. Horrible weak signal, I even have slow annoying internet sitting next to the router. I keep reporting the issue but not a single thing changes. Took them 2 weeks to accept that the router they sent was faulty, then another week to agree to send an engineer as they did not believe that the line needs to be installed. Promised to contact me after arranging the engineer what they never did so I needed to chase them and 3 weeks has gone without any internet however obviously the charges were taken. Three engineers came in 3 different times, two out of them just turned up without any further confirmation, spent an avarage 3-4 hours at my flat to be able to set the line up. Since them I ring up every once in the while to test the line as its ridicuolusly slow. Absolutely horrible service. Stay away from this company!!!! Can not wait for the contract to be over.
