A very well equipped gym and it’s a pleasure to have begun training there.Found Connan to be extremely professional and the sessions he has arranged are well designed for my goals. He’s also very personable.

Great gym. Staff are very friendly also. There is all the things you need at the gym. Decent changing rooms and a steam room and sauna. There are also plenty of classes available. Below is woodlands Park club which offers real nice food. So it has the best of everything in my opinion.

I am a member here and find this is possibly the best gym iv'e ever been to, not just for the fact they have everything from boxing to cardio machines, but this is a family run affair and it all comes with a personal amount of effort. great place not too busy.

Being new to the Gym I was quite nervous but it's a fantastic Gym I love it! Very clean and the staff are so helpful and friendly I cannot reccomend it enough.

Well run gym nice and quite not to busy through the day it's got all the equipment you need and people wot run it are really nice and will help you with anything if you need it
