Friendly people but Bought a car had multiple issues in less then 2 weeks it was under warranty but they wouldn’t fix it and refused a refund would only pay a very small amount toward the bill. Was told it’s my responsibility to check what’s been done. Was told the car had a full check over before it was sold both a main dealership and another garage said that couldn’t have been the case with the amount of issues found. Nearly had to go through a small claims court until we finally came to some sort of agreement which left me hugely out of pocket false warranty advertised as it covered virtually nothing offered some scrapyard parts from a breakers. only took the low offer as small claims court would have took possibly up to a year and needed a running car for work. Do not recommend wouldn’t want this happening to anyone else.

Excellent service, from the 1st contact, up until picking up my new car and what a bargain I've just brought. Drove it home and it drives like a dream.Nothing was to much trouble for this young man, even when I asked stupid questions.This is a young company, that gives old fashion service, wasn't pushy very very helpful and their cars are alot cheaper than what you would pay from a large garage.I have every faith that if I have a problem with this car, it will be sorted by them ASAP..How many other garages could you say that about, when you've brought a secondhand car.Give this young company a chance you WONT BE DISAPPOINTED.Good luck with the future, not that I need or want a new car now, but will definitely be recomming you and definitely be banging on your door when I need a new car.

My boyfriend and I recently purchased our used car from Autoverse and were really pleased with the experience.Erik helped us and made sure we were truly comfortable with the purchase. He was happy to answer any and all questions, didn’t pressure us, and we felt like if anything did go wrong with the vehicle we’d be in good hands.The only “major” thing that we saw with the vehicle before purchase was some paint spilled in the trunk, but Erik made sure that a new trunk mat was ordered for us before purchase.It’s our first week with the vehicle and so far things have been smooth. If anything pops up we are definitely the people who would report back. We believe in reviews and the reviews led us to a good spot for our car.

Bought my first car with them, very helpful and not pushy. Staff look after you and do not upsell or offer overpriced warranty. The car is amazing, i will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Bought a BMW 1 series from here in November. Car was serviced and had the timing belt changed before it was sold. Best car I’ve ever bought and for a reasonable price

Bought a 1.4 limited edition corsa off autoverse brilliant customer service friendly and very helpfully. Had a little issue with the car that was rectified immediately. Would highly recommend 5 star service.100 % Will still be coming back for that bmw at some point
