I have worked for the company for 9 years, and within this time frame I have carried out a couple of different job roles and I have always been encouraged by management to progress in my career.The training is excellent and there are always opportunities for progression. Each day is different and the work is very rewarding and good work is recognised! I would absolutely recommend working here even those who are new to care because the support structure and training for staff is second to none.After working in social care for many years I can honestly say that Bluebird Care are incredible, if my loved one needed care and support I wouldn't hesitate to use their services. I am not the sort of person who would stay in a job I didn't enjoy or find fulfilling and I can honestly say I'm proud to work for such a fantastic organisation and look forward to many more years with the company.

The office staff and the care staff are very supportive, the customers are all well cared for and person centred care is paramount amongst the team. The position is rewarding, offers a good work life balance and the company in general is a pleasant place to work with.
