I’d heard good things so wanted to try it for myself. So glad I did. Top tier jerk chicken. Perfectly cooked, juicy chicken with the right level of spice and smokiness. Excellent rice and peas too, fluffy and laced with coconut. Can’t wait to come back and work through the rest of the menu.

Amazing food. Out of vegan food when I turned up but the chef made me an ackee dumpling. It was quick and still hot when I got home! Light dumpling nicely spicy ackee and deliciously sweet plantin. The place to go if you're in Hackney!

I recently triedJambay and really glad I did! The food was delicious & served in generous portions. The staff were friendly and accommodating, adding to the overall positive vibe. My favorites were the Mac and coleslaw, the curry goat and oxtail were also yummmmy. tender and good amount of meat. prices were reasonable & can't wait to go back for another meal!

Simply brilliant food. I had jerk chicken with rice & peas & the curry goat. Both spiced so well and cooked to perfection. Will be ordering/taking away from here regularly from now on.
