I was assisted by this company very promptly once the matter was passed to them by the RACThe gentleman who attended was called Ian, and he was exceptionally professional. He fixed all problems quickly and effectively and his manner was most courteous and helpful.He is a great credit to his company and if he is typical of their employees then they will continue to succeed .

We would just like to say a huge thank you to Kevin who rescued us with our catering van from Crishall last week. Thanks to him we got home safely. We were two women on our own and it was very late, dark and raining. After fixing our van and without being asked Kevin waited for us to leave the car park before leaving. He is a true gent and a credit to AASP. Highly recommended.

Matthew arrived promptly on behalf of Green Flag within the estimated time. Upon arrival he was friendly and very helpful, getting the car out of a particularly tight spot and loaded on the flatbed safely.I’d have no issue using him again or recommending him to friends or family.

Had to be recovered as RAC couldn't repair our car whilst going away with our caravan. Was dreading it - however the service I received was exceptional the office staff rang me to check where we were and gave me an approximate time I then received a text to say our driver was Dave and gave us his number.He treated us our car and caravan with respect. Excellent service , thank you David!

AASP provided marvellous customer service on behalf of Ford for Zip Car Rentals.Mathew ensured our client received constant updates prior to arrival as well as stopping mid journey so our client could grab lunch.Customer Care, 10/10.THANK you -Great company.Tremendous service.

Called this recovery today for my Jeep commander. Steven Henderson came and loaded this heavy vehicle within minutes. He was very professional and arrived on time. I liked his communication skills, he was in contact with me all the way. Delivered the vehicle safely to the destination. I strongly recommend this company, if you have a heavy vehicle. Thought I dropped my keys down a drain called these guys asking for assistance should have shopped around but was already fuming with myself, would have been £96 could not be bothered hunting around for better deals was just glad to have found someone local in Peterborough... Found my key 15-20 min later they refunded £36 taking £60 for them selves as a call out fee was told ETA would be 45 mins and considering you can drive across town in 20 mins I'd say the driver was till on another job by the time I called... Worst waste of £60 staff are friendly tho can't have a go at them for the way the boss runs the business honestly learnt my lesson gona hunt around next time
