We have been using Radiant Heating for a few years now for both our boiler service and emergency repairs and their service has been excellent. They have recently replaced our old gas boiler and have done a great job. On arrival all relevant carpets were covered and when they left everything was perfect. Rob with some help from Boss Rob did a fantastic job and completed the work in two days. We would highly recommend them. They come when they say they will.

Although not a previous customer, Radiant attended within 2 working days of call out to attend to a malfunctioning oil boiler. Russell was very professional and resolved the issues within two hours, removed all redundant materials and left everything neat and tidy, all at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend for servicing.

Been using Radiant Heat & Plumbing for a few years now. Never cease to be impressed by the professionalism and attention to detail Rob brings to the job. They just fitted a new central heating boiler and really pleased with the outcome. Previously had what I thought was a roof leak but Rob had the floorboards up and found a leaking joint on the c/h system which I had missed. Other jobs range from installation of a shower unit to just replacing taps. All carried out to very satisfactory standard. The fact I keep using this firm speaks for itself and would strongly recommend them to others.December 2021 - Having posted the above review a few months ago I had some further work done by Radiant. In our house we have a heating system which a previous owner installed and I don't think the installer was very good so called Radiant and it was one of Rob'steam who did it this time and he was excellent. Found the problem almost immediately, solved it and did a little extra job while here. Polite, friendly and professional. Everything we could ask for. Continue to highly recommend"."

I was extremely pleased using this company and would recommend them. They were organized and I managed to get a booking fairly quickly. They turned up on time and were very helpful and tried to explain what the problem was and how it could be fixed in a friendly and easy manner. As with all these plumbing and heating issues you are never 100% certain the problem has been rectified until you go ahead and hope it carries on as normal. The engineer said that they would not send the invoice for a few days until they were sure the issues had been resolved. It was and the hourly rate is reasonable. Happy customer!

Radiant heat have just finished the work at our home.They replaced our gas boiler and also installed some bigger radiators in a number of rooms.I have to say that we were most impressed as they started the work on time and stayed until they had finished the work over a number of daysThey were very considerate towards our home and carefully worked around us whilst we continued to live in it.They had to cooperate with and worked around our kitchen fitters.They explained and discussed everything throughout the process.They protected our floors and staircase by covering them.Both of them called Rob worked very hard at all times.Their knowledge and expertise are second to none.All in all we are delighted with the finished work, and would never hesitate to recommend Radiant Heating to anyone who ask for a recommendation for similar work.They both are simply brilliant.John ( Bradley)

Boiler service with no fuss. Super easy to book and a reasonable appointment date given we were heading into the busy winter period. Clear email appointment confirmations and appointment reminders to ensure this was on our diary! The technician had kids of a similar age so we had a nice exchange of notes, then he very professionally cracked on with the job. Billing and payment all handled online.Efficient, organised, friendly. Would 100% recommend.
