FWH PILATES
Big fan of Fi's classes! I always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed.I'd never really done pilates before so wasn't sure what to expect, but Fi was super welcoming and explains poses and exercises well, often with humour!Definitely accessible to everyone regardless of fitness level and pilates experience.The space we're in is also pretty, though much more appreciated in daylight!
