Jenny was amazingly helpful in getting me booked on the same day on a very busy day. On arrival I was welcomed and taken in by raf who performed the procedure. Raf reassured me from the start and was very diligent throughout the process. Overall an amazing experience and will be returning.

My partner’s (James) left ear was completely blocked and he could not hear properly from that ear so we called them and they booked us in for the same day. Faraz was the one who cleaned his ears and he did such a good job and he was so pleasant. Everything was so quick and painless. My partner feels much better now. Thank you to all the staff there. I went to the Ear Specialists to have ear wax removed. The clinic is well equipped and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Jenny, on reception, ensured that I was comfortable and offered me a drink. Mr Khizar fully explained the procedure to me and it was totally successful. His assistant, Anisha, completed the vacuum process and she was careful and considerate throughout. That was followed by a complimentary hearing test, again, carefully explained and executed. I would certainly recommend this clinic.

I booked in for a same day appointment as I was suffering with partial hearing loss from blocked ears, and I couldn’t fault my experience! All staff were super friendly and my hearing has been fully restored. I was unsure what to expect as this was my first appointment but my expectations were far exceeded and I will definitely be going back if I have the same problem in the future!

I visited the KingsHeath branch for ear wax removal today and it was a very pleasant experience. The receptionist was very friendly and I had barely sat down before I was called in to to see Mr Thabraez for my procedure. Mr Thabraez was very professional and asked me several times if I was ok throughout the procedure before continuing. I would recommend this service to anyone.
