It's cheap but very dirty especially the jet wash. Somebody really needs to start cleaning them cause horrible and next to the vacuum cleaners you can see all sorts of litter although to be fair there are bins but people don't use them. But still, the staff needs to start cleaning the place ASAP

Ripped the door/ wheel arch trim off my car and no where to be seen, have paid £90 for a replacement, the guy said it happened to another car last week, when searching for the trim the place smells like sewage, have a think before using this car wash, better getting a hand wash and cheaper, app doesn’t allow a zero star or that what I’d left

Will never be going again. Has bent my reg plate now I'll need to find someone to take it off and straighten it. Also left a dent on front of car. Friends mirror got smashed too.

Hit & miss as to whether the place is open or works. The self jet wash is usually okay, and you can tap to pay rather than scramble for coins, but sometimes doesn’t seem to have washing fluid. The vacuums are terrible, don’t bother as they won’t even remove dust.

I'm currently sat in the car wash now and the guy that's on today was absolutely brilliant. He put so much effort into each car that went through Infront of me and had lovely manners! Best experience I've had coming here!

Staff were rude/sarcastic. Looked like they didn't want to be there which I can't blame them for. We went in the automatic car wash and payed for the works (most expensive one). The machine bent my left mirror backwards. After the wash we had to dry our own car and push the mirror back to the original position. The car wash didn't even wash the full car. The front and back of the car are still dirty. And there's water streaks all around it. If you are going to go. Please do the manual carwash.

Worst car wash in the world, certainly avoid this car wash like Covid-19.Six months old car has scratches all over it from dirty sponges. Confronted staff, however rude and very unpleasant to talk to regarding the situation. No respect or accountability with peoples cars.

My car was covered in sap from parking under a tree all week. It was sticky and pollen had coated it too.The car wash was easy to use and a great price. My car is gleaming!!!
