My mother recently bought an iPad case from this store, which upon opening she discovered was faulty. In attempting to return the item she was told they did not offer a returns policy, which she was not made aware of at the time of purchase.In contravening the Consumer Rights Act, the people working in this store have demonstrated no respect for the law and for consumers. Avoid this store.

Had myy own screen protector fitted by Nav here and charged me a very reasonable amount to do it. Extremely friendly and helpful. Can strongly recommend.

Had a screen replaced on an iPhone and ended up with problems. Spent £50 and they wanted another £29 to fix it. As far as I'm concerned they caused the problem so they should fix it for free but there customer service skills are rubbish. All they are interested in is taking your money. They need shutting down. AVOID.

Awful service went in to get my iPhone fixed as charging point and battery needed replacing. Got charged £60 and phone still kept cutting out. Then was asked for another thirty quid to do software update and paid £15 as was told that was problem. With an hour of leaving the shop my phone still kept cutting out. Went back five times to be told that there was nothing they could do and it wasn't the battery they had installed. Took phone to another phone repair shop in Mk and battery was replaced which solved problem. These people are just after your money please avoid as you will end up paying to get your phone fixed elsewhere.

Awful shop, sold me a phone that didn't work and when I asked for a refund he refused, he ended up keeping £30 of my money. This shop and its employees are a joke please believe the negative reviews. The funniest thing is they'll accuse you of being racist of you have a problem, just a heads up if you ever have to experience this mess of a business.

I recently had a new screen for my Motorola phone fitted by the mobile store. I was very impressed by the quality of the service and my phone looks as good as new. Would definitely recommend to my family and friends. Good price as well, thank you.
