Editing: manager requested all friends and family to add 5* reviews without actually shopping at the store. Please be aware this review does not accurately reflect the staff or store as I have never actually set foot there and there may be quite a few similar 5* reviews for this reasonFab service today. Lovely staff and lovely manager. Very quick and efficient and they all seem to know their stuff! Highly recommend.

Absolutely terrible service to myself & husband off a staff member today, his name is 'Alun' & he was extremely rude (witnessed by another customer).Seemed to care more about shutting shop, which had 3 mins left before shutting down systems!If you close before 4pm, say you close at 15:57!A formal complaint will definitely be made & we will want to be told what action will be taken too.It has put us right off using Toolstation, think we'll stick to the very helpful, kind, knowledgeable staff in Screwfix!

My first visit to the (very) local Toolstation and I'm sure it won't be the last.The staff were friendly and helpful and knew their products.A vast range of items at excellent prices and already compiling my next shopping list !!Overall a very pleasant atmosphere and an enjoyable one too.Thanks to everyone there, see you soon.
