Unfortunately we had rats in the celling space between our living room and bedroom.I found the company and messaged on Facebook, Martin was very quick to reply and came the next day!Martin came several times to try different options. This included having to get under our floorboards and in the loft to set traps. My wife has a phobia of rats so Martin gave the option of poison which we took up!Really impressed that he had a camera (didn't charge extra) to check in the drains, turns out we had an old pipe from the sewer which Martin blocked for us.So all in all a very professional service from Martin who knows his stuff at a very fair price.No rat noises for 9 days now so fingers crossed it's all sorted!!

Super fast response. Martin was friendly, professional and careful when dealing with a large number of wasps in our kitchen roof. Very reasonable rates and came out on a Saturday. Would definitely recommend.

I had a rat living under the counters/behind walls in my kitchen that my cat caught. Martin came out as soon as I needed, and worked hard to locate the rat, identify any potential routes in and out, and he eventually caught it. He was professional, on time, and able to respond quickly when I needed (it took three visits, but with several methods, he finally got the rat). He was very thorough and I would not hesitate to contact Martin again if I have any problems in the future.

We had a problem with rats in our house that had got in through a hole outside . Martin worked hard to resolve the problem , using traps and bait and fixing the entrance routes. He was professional and worked hard to help us . He was also very kind at what was a really stressful time as it was horrible having the rats in the walls . I would highly recommend his services .

After hearing something in the ceiling and it not going and having been let down by other pest control, I was recommended Martin. He responded quickly, and took the floor up to put a trap down which dealt with the issue quickly. Returned later in the week to remove the trap. Good service from a friendly and knowledgeable pest controller.
