As a surveyor myself, I use tradesman regularly and know when we have a good one vs a bad one.We shopped around for a little while to find a tradesman to replace a UPVC door with a Composite after our UPVC failed. Having had a handful of quotes from a multitude of tradesman who were late, rude or lacked any effort, Steven Crisp came to quote.He was on time, polite, friendly and courteous. Whilst not the cheapest quote, he came across as the most reliable and friendly so we picked him. We trusted his opinion and he didn’t hard sell any products.It turned out our choice was excellent, and Steven and his son fitted us a brand new composite door. They took the time to make sure the fitment of the new door was better suited to the house even though they didn’t need too.They were perfectionists in their work and the finish shows. Polite, friendly, on time.Exactly the sort of people you wanted in your house doing work.Genuinely thrilled at the outcome and would recommend them again.
