Went to this branch today. The staff were so very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Will definitely go again.

Incompetent and rude. Ordered a fridge freezer in January and was assured it would be in store before the end of the month. It arrived at the end of February. Harassed by Tanya, the rudest person I've ever dealt with, to collect it, to find that when I came to collect it, they'd sent my order to another customer in Roundhay in error. So they had the wrong fridge and I had no fridge. Was then told they'd sort it out and deliver it today or tomorrow, to then be rung again and have to explain the situation to another member of staff, all the while, I can hear Tanya griping about how she's told me I have to come and collect it on Friday. Nobody listened to me and they've fobbed me off by saying they'll have to check with yet another member of staff before they can do anything. Absolutely shocking series of events and definitely won't be using them again.

Useless company that lack common sense. Quality of wood is rubbish. Then they have one guy deliver large quantities of items and leave it in garden with half of it on the street. Can’t move due to health a safety.

Good range of general building products. Polite, friendly staff. On site cafe is a little bonus.

Was wonderful. Long, heavy and just about managed to get it in.

Purchased a Verona grey kitchen after a couple of years, the doors started to blow. I've been to the store several times each time I give them a list of the doors that have failed, then nothing. I first called down in January 2023 and still not resolved. Ive given up now and I'm just looking to buy from a different supplier.ADDED, Thanks for the reply but I didn't want an apology I wanted you to honor the warranty for a 3k kitchen I bought from you

Expect a long wait if your delivering here but staff were friendly.

Good store, not clean as like other branch but v good location, polite and helpful staff, recommended by mostly builders, it's busy always, delivery service free but slow

Popped in on Saturday afternoon to buy some toilets for a house I’m refurbishing and received great service from Joanne on the front desk. Very polite and professional throughout, helped organise delivery which arrived today without a problem and the driver called ahead as promised to let us know he was on the way.
