Bought some super cheap good quality Leyland trade paint, very happy.It was busy with a few customers returning things, so the usual difficulties but staff seemed to be doing their best and were very helpful and informative

I had ordered next day pick up in the Irvine store, but hadn't received the text. However, I was in the area, so decided to pop in. I walked up to the counter, was told quite rudely to stand back on the square, and this flustered me. I apologised, which didn't get a response, then explained why I was there. The items hadn't arrived yet, which wasn't the staff's fault, but they were really offhand and dismissive with me. I said that I don't actually live in the area, I was just there for a couple of days and would be going home the next day. Unhelpful. I phoned Screwfix's helpline, and cancelled the order, and have now reordered from my lovely local store in Bellshill.

went in to the store to order something the lady at the desk to me to order online so i sat at my car outside ordered what i wanted to then come back in and to be told that i would be able to get it cause it was past the cut of time i need that item today i now have to wait 14 days for a refund all because your incapable of watch a clock and communicating

I had to return a faulty item to the Irvine store and wished a replacement. I was attended by a pleasant, courteous and professional young lady who made my visit a pleasant one, as always at this outlet. Within a short time my transaction was completed. Top marks to this store and its staff!

Ordered on line for pickup. Area's are sectioned off as per covid rules. A good system working well. Service very good, staff are very friendly and efficient.
