R I Tyres

Sold me 2 nearly new tyres with the description as no damage. Had the tyres fitted and 1 had a puncture. After contacting them to resolve the problem I had no reply until I opened a case with eBay. Then I got a reply within a couple of hours. There feedback on eBay and there reviews on google say allot about this company. You will have to make your own mind up whether you use them or not. I won’t be using them again!!

Very expensive for second hand tyres. Staff was bit of moody.

Used to find them very good, but had a few part worn tyres that needed changing pretty quickly after from my last couple of visits. Also found it quite annoying when trying to get off to work in a morning that none of the shops were open at the advertised time.

Had me waiting for 2.5 hours.... only to turn around to me to say that they didn't have the parts.... but I didn't want to complain in case I get threatened or put myself in physical danger....I wanted to pay by card which clearly they do accept, they told me that they would 'prefer' cash.... I said that i didn't have cash on me and they told me to go 15 min walk to Euro Garages and withdraw the money out or they would refuse to help me.Zero customer service, no sense of time, over promise and under deliver. Threatening behaviour.... very bad representation throughout the community.Wish I could give them a 0 star!

I came here after Kwik Fit Accrington refused to help me (painting the garage floor during opening hours). Good service, quicker than Kwik Fit and half the price. I’ll definitely be coming back here next time I need tyres or a tyre repair.

I've been here many times over the past few years, both on my own vehicles and family and friends. Always received great service with good prices! Highly recommended

Fitters damaged the wheels whilst trying to fit the tyres on a new set of rims. I didn't realise until afterwards and I should have checked better.The later cut M4 replicas started to deteriorate after 3 years and they had never been kerbed.I hit a pothole which caused me to claim on Lancs Council as it turned the rim into an egg shape. I asked RI tyres for a quote for a single rim and they asked for my receipt, which is irrelevant if I want just 1 rim and then ignored me. I messaged again and they yet again ignored me

Got my wheels done hear today absolutely amazing job fantastic customers service would recommend this place to any body
