Staff friendly and helpful and the product was fitted and appears to be good quality. Only issue was I paid for kitchen floor lino including fitting and after fitting the lino I was told that join between rooms would only cost a £4 quid and I would have to do that. I don't call that fitted and if its only £4 quid why was it not in the price and why was that not advised in advance. so £4 quid and a chunk of my time later job finished.

Colin and mark are brilliant, had flooring throughout and what a fab fitting and easy process and very helpful during a stressful time of moving. So brilliant and have gone above and beyond, would really recommend this team! Really happy with service and help provided

From visiting the shop and requesting advice I was treated courteously and professionally from Mark to measuring and the brilliant carpet fitter who was outstanding , I would highly recommend the whole team.I will definitely buy again .
