The issues expressed by several other customers of this practice have become a problem when covid rules were applied.When the practice opened at 8.15 - 8.30there was no issue. However during covid and until very recently the reception team have seemed to make every attempt to stop anyone seeing a doctor.I am also concerned that blood tests results are not dealt with by the doctor. Surely this information should not be what reception staff give answers to.I am seriously thinking of moving to another practice that is run by doctors and not the reception staff.

Sack the staff Manager!!!immediately !!! Emergence unbearable pain issue today's -told to get in touch with them chemistry for medication as doctor would not get up from his desktops as he wanted to watch the rest of his Fishing video on the YouTube -pretending to work !!!The Staff Administrator Here needs to be replaced Immediately !!! She is clearly not doing her job .Why are we paying tax and wasting our health service on wages for such Childish , Hostile Extremely Transgphobic and Homer-phobic Reception Staff who puts there own Hughty Power trip egos before Patients Safety & Wellbeing . Scary to think off the more elderly patients Who need help and who will be receiving in in-correct information like I have today. Told Doctor advised that I call . From .Reception Disgusting service.just had a reply claiming that its not the doctors that I'm complaining about . that this is the health centre . I have now shared all the receptionist complaints on this page ( many many RECEPTIONIST COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS -HEALTH CENTER WITH THE HEALTH TRUST AND THE COUNCIL !!!

The Doctors are fine, unfortunately they have little say in the running of the practice which seems to have arbitrary rules and runs for the benefit of the reception team. If you are working then its not always convenient to pick up a prescription between 2 and 6.They also seem to indulge in amateur medical advice on occasion. Some time ago with chest pain I was told I should not have presented at the surgery but should have called an ambulance. It turned out to be nothing severe but in a stressful situation the complete lack of empathy was quite unhelpful. No wonder the ambulance service is struggling so much!No matter when you attend youre always greeted in a hostile and defensive manner. I have no trust that at this practice I'll ever really be able to see a doctor if I need to.Don't ever even think of going near the place at lunchtime.

I have been a patient at this surgery for give or take 30 years.If you are a patient here, please please please LEAVE and never look back.First and foremost, the reception at the front desk, Nesta, Tahira and Jane; absolutely rude and disgusting on the phone, they have zero respect, bad manners and they think they are the doctors giving you orders on what they think is best for you. They are receptionists, and do not possess the qualifications of a doctor to be giving any advice, the practice manager is as available as it is to get hold of air, so how are you supposed to complain to make things right?I have requested a form to be filled out just so that I can get my fit to work form filled in, a 5 min job for a doctor, but no, their procedure for this takes a whole entire week, and have the audacity and nerve to charge us for this? As if we do not pay enough taxes for this useless service from them.The doctor’s apart from Dr. Tuma are absolutely useless, they have bad attitude, no empathy or regard for yourselves, which more or less is definitely a hazard to your mental health and general well being.Honestly, this centre needs to close down or have an inside out review on this run down place. I am literally in shock as to how they are still running all these years.

Absolutely atrocious behavior from the two receptionist women that worked here today in the afternoon date: 14/08/23 at 1.50pm . We were told that our appt was with a specific doctor who knows about the ongoing condition of my parent. Upon arrival the reception confirmed that we have appointment with dr Williams. Then when another doctor came and called my dad, the receptionist was sniggering behind the desk with the other receptionist. It was so unprofessional and uncomfortable to watch this behavior. When my parent politely asked why he wasn’t seen by dr Williams the receptionist was being very rude and did not choose to communicate with my parent. It was so bad behavior we have been with them for over 20 years we are moving!!

This is an absolutely ridiculous place, I can’t believe something can work like that in a civilised country. Had to discount my SSRI treatment after 4 years as my regular doctor unexpectedly went to the hospital and this GP practice would not pick up the phone after over 400 CALLS. I was told that coming there in person isn’t gonna change anything. Another time, when my other condition started getting worse and again, of course I couldn’t get a hold of them, I went there in person as an act of desperation and again, when I asked if I should go to A&E or maybe just wait till my minor infection spreads and actually becomes dangerous, I was told that “everybody has the same chance” of getting an appointment. Any authority in this country should be embarrassed, this is just humiliating. Ruin NHS, force working class to pay for the private services, let them get sick if they can’t afford it. It will take you far, be proud of your capitalist country.

I have back pain, I can't feel my legs, I've been calling for two days and they tell me that I don't have a place and that I don't have an emergency. If you say that a man is stuck in bed and can't move and gives him a nosebleed at night and has hallucinate, it's not an emergency, then I wonder why we have to pay for some services that we don't benefit from, i.e. people in the UK pay from their own pockets for the service, but when they call, they are simply ignorant,I always shut your mouth saying that there are no places, even though you call from 7:55 and at 8 and 10 you don't have a place, such a thing is impossible

We have been with the practice for many years, and never had any trouble until now, My elderly mother rang twice for results of her X-ray, was told they were not back, This was three weeks after the X-ray so she rang the hospital and they said the results were back over a week ago, so my mum rang again, after waiting on the phone for an hour, They said she has to ring again in the morning because the doctor needs to see her, so she will have to stay on the phone again for god knows how long, to try and see the doctor.Its disgusting how elderly people are treated, They need to ge them selves sorted.

The new receptionists / staff are extremely rude with no respect for the patients. They think that they own the business and they can do what they want. These staff should not get a public job. They have no comminication skills. I am going to file a formal complaint to NHS and I am going to talk to my local MP regarding the practices of this centre. This surgery needs a proper investigation on management of this establishment. The doctors and the nurses are just fine if you can get through the rude staff.

Bad Show...unfortunately a certain Receptionist ( actually Two ) will not back down if they've made a mistake...hence they will just be awkward to you and will endeavour to not accommodate you to the full potential witch is much needed within a health organisation!! Absolutely disgraceful ( the training must surely be picked up some notches!!!) Terrible practice!!!! So angry! Mixed messages from several doctors....Not once have I spoken to a doctor about blood test results...always by the receptionist??? Had to go private and discovered that blood test were not OK as I was told they were OK with a receptionist on several occasions at this practice? Really bad!!!! Incredibly frustrated!!!!!!!
