Avoid avoid avoid!Sold us a faulty vehicle in Nov 21… took 2 months to even attempt to fix it, after still not fixing it and us declining a second attempt of a repair under the consumer right act they stopped all communication!They have the vehicle AND our £8999!They haven’t responded to any letters sent by us or the courts.They don’t reply to any emails or return any phone calls.Currently in the process of applying for a CCJ and then it will be a high court enforcement job.Absolutely disgusting that they put a family through this!They don’t care about you!! Do not waste your money! Go and find yourselves a reputable dealer!

Avoid this garage - helpful and friendly service until you’ve parted with cash and then they aren’t interested.Bought a van from them in June, advertised as having 2 keys, but when I got home I realised I only had one. Jack assured me they had the second key and would post it, must’ve called him 10-20 times to chase - no call backs, lots of excuses and lies “I’m on my way to the office, I’ll call you back”.Still not received it (doubt they ever had it or have lost it), no apology, explanation or resolution.Looking at all the other negative reviews of this sham outfit, I’d recommend buying a car elsewhere.

I read the majority of the reviews and the negative one’s are totally unfair and unjust. I bought a VW Scirocco based on photos and the overall reviews on the website in October 2021 based on trust and a hunch and have had no problems with it at all. Ian the owner was very professional and really helped me to secure this car and I’d definitely recommend them to friends and family. They’re very good. Unfortunately with used cars not all will be perfect but they do come with a 6 month warranty for a piece of mind. I would strongly recommend Siston Brook as they are very good and they will work with you to ensure you are very satisfied and will come back again. I’m very happy with them and I live in London. Keep up the good work Siston Brook.

We brought a car from here back in June.The car developed a fault, and was missing a boot cover.Despite the advertised warranty, the fault wasn't covered. The owner Jack stopped returning any calls and needed constant chasing. The fault is still not fixed, and I can't get in touch with him.The warranty company told me the level of cover purchased by siston brook was too basic for the anything but major faults.We were assured the boot cover was at the valet place and would follow shortly after purchase.It took almost 4 months (and weekly phone calls, being told multiple different stories about where the boot cover was) for the cover to be sent. The wrong one was then sent (clearly brought off eBay).Eventually it got sorted.He doesn't respond to emails, and despite promises to 'call back as soon as I'm in the office', this never happens.Be very careful with this garage. Jack is friendly and helpful when your buying, then absolutely absent once the money is in his hands.

The epitome of the type of outfit that gives the motor trade a well-deserved poor reputation. Sold a lousy, faulty car. Despite a County Court judgement, they still have not refunded monies. FIVE months and counting. Avoid these people at all costs!

These don't even deserve 1 star. You are an absolute con artist and sell junk!! 10 grand car that I've had literally 3 weeks and it's a write off with repairs! Gear box shot to pieces, fuel sensor gone, glass falling out of door. You should be ashamed especially having kids of your own knowing I had young children. This aint the last You have heard of us!Scum stay well away from this company won't be around for long once we have dealt with them. There is a reason why they are not on trust pilot and that is because they have so many people after them. Dont trust the auto trader reviews they are false. This company is going down!!!!

I bought a car from Jack earlier this month (January 2023). There were a number of small issues with the car which Jack readily resolved before I bought it. He had the car serviced and MOT'd and delivered the car to me after putting half a tank of petrol in it! I advised him I would be taking the car to a local specialist and then discovered one of the 'new' tyres Jack had paid for had not been fitted at all. I called Jack about this and he went out of his way to resolve that (paid for two new tyres to be fitted at a local tyre fitter).I have seen some criticism of Jack and his car sales but, speaking from my experience with him, have found him friendly, reliable and honest. I would certainly buy another car through Siston Brook Automotive. Thanks Jack for your help with this car.UPDATE 6/2/23: It seems my review above is wrong and other reviews appear to be more accurate. I have left voice messages and used the online chat facility but no response. I bought the car with a 'Warranty Solutions Group' warranty but on contacting that company they have no record of the car or this car dealer so I think the warranty does not exist in reality. Promises to get the scuffed wheels repainted have come to nothing. And I'm taking the car to an approved specialist tomorrow as there is something wrong with the clutch (Jack thinks it's OK) and the temperature gauge is not working. I have today sent off for the V5 as DVLA have no record of me now owning the car. BUYER BEWARE.

Can’t fault the service, Jack was great to speak to, looked around the car and answered everything I needed to know, even to the point of stating what there was to be done at pre sale MOT stage.If you’re expecting a brand new car then maybe look to go to a main dealer with a manufacturers warranty.Missed out on a car on this occasion but won’t hesitate to contact again if something I like comes up.

Worst company ever!!!.Wanted to buy an A3, when I decided I wanted it, I asked for a video of the car but they didn't send me one, after looking at the pictures I realised it looked like it didn't have any rear parking sensors so I tried phoning them which was nightmare.Firstly they don't answer the phone, when they do jack is always out of the office" so he can't help you straight away. When Jack finally gets time to call back he rudely asks "do you want the car or not?

I have never come across such shocking after sales care. Bought a car from them which developed a problem 3 weeks after purchase which was present presale . Communication was non existent, calls not answered and not returned, totally fobbed off. Car needed a costly repair which they have refused to pay and warranty did not cover as it was pre existing. I have given 1 star ⭐️ on the hope an arrangement can be made before legal action is taken. Check all reviews for this place before purchasing any vehicle from them I wish I had. Such a shame as the car purchased was lovely and the salesman was helpful.
