Horrible job. I think my sofa is in worse condition now. He left the entire area extremely wet. My wood floor was like a puddle and I had to clean up after him. Additional I found more stains on the sofa, and it was soaked. The material looks damaged.

Miguel was prompt and really nice. He did such a good job with our 3 seater!

Miguel just is an excellent professional, he did dry cleaning service in my suede sofa, it was great, quickly and very good service. I recommend!

Instead of cleaning my sofa, he ruined it. He claimed he tested for transfer of one of the sofa dyes and then left the cushions stacked up on top of each other, which then transferred the dye from one to the other. Please see photos. To add insult to injury, he promised a 50% refund, which he never gave. I had to go to my bank to get this money back, which took 4 months. I would warn anyone about using Miguel and his services. It may go well but it may go badly, which in my case went very badly. He ruined my sofa and lied about compensation. He doesn't have business insurance either and therefore use Miguel at your own risk!As you will see from Miguel's response, he's a compulsive lier. I only complained about the blue sofa dye. He even admits in the text below that he caused the blue sofa dye transfer. You can also see very clearly that he offered a partial refund and then never initiated it. As mentioned, it took me 4 months to get it back via Starling as they saw me in the right. I was never rude - I just stated facts. He doesn't have insurance so be very careful when using him as this could happen to you.

We urgently messaged Miguel on WhatsApp on a Sunday morning of a long weekend, as our cat had an accident" on our bed. He replied immediately although he was not working on that day and we booked an appointment for mattress cleaning on the same afternoon. He arrived on time and was professional

Miguel came along and cleaned 3 pieces of furniture and did a great job - even on the beige setter that had so much cement dust all over it. Thank you.

I highly recommend Miguel and his services. I have a dog so my sofa gets dirty pretty quickly and Miguel does an amazing job cleaning it every time.
