The engineer called before the time he was due and let me know when he would arrive. The service was completed with no major issues. The minor issue he found was given a temporary fix which allowed the system to fully function and he is making arrangements for me to have the item replaced. He was knowledgable about the particular system we had and was clean, polite and courteous. I would have no issue recommending this company to others.

Tony arrived just after 8.00am and worked hard all day until 5.30pm to get the job finished. He did an excellent job and was very helpful. I would recommend this company.

Andy came to our house in Exeter today after we had to have the gas capped due to a leak.He was so thorough - explained everything he was doing and checked everything was working before he left.Not only that but he was so considerate of the house wearing bootie coverings to protect our carpets.Cannot recommend Andy enough.

Tony came out to replace our boiler which had failed leaving us with no hot water or heating.A specific boiler was recommended through the virtual survey which was done quickly so the work could be arranged.On the day, Tony got the boiler installed quickly but unfortunately hit an issue with our existing electrics which he stayed late attempting to resolve.Even though he couldn't solve it himself, he quickly arranged to get an electrician out to sort the problem and commissioned the boiler after.All round a smooth service despite the electrical issue they could not have foreseen.

Highly efficient service as part of a Worcester Bosch Annual Plan. Engineer Andy arrived promptly and was highly professional at all times: brought overshoes and was extremely polite - quite a change from some plumbers we have had in the past. Andy made a thorough service including having all the radiators on and checking the flue which others have never done. Would highly recommend.

Exterior light fitting.Steve Friel electrician.Completely pleased with the service Steve undertook. He was polite, considerate and explained each part of the task as he went.He made a neat job of the work and completely tidied up on completion.He took time to explain the intricacies of the product when installed.We would certainly recommend Steve and would be pleased to have him again.
