Mannan has been brilliant with our extension application from start to finish. Amended plans to the council were submitted on a couple occasions to get the best result. Would definitely recommend him to anyone needing an architect.

I was looking for an architect for my loft conversion, I went to a couple of places and I was left dissatisfied with my initial dealings with them. I then searched Google reviews and found Unite Designs. I found Mannan to be a nice, helpful person who came to look at my loft and answer all queries. Whenever I contacted him, he got back to me and was helpful. We are happy with the service received by Mannan and would recommend him if anyone is looking for an architect.

Nothing short of a miracle worker. We had really ambitious plans which we hoped for but realistically didn't expect to be passed through. However Mannan was optimistic from the onset and ensured that we were granted the plans in full. What's even more amazing is that he added things on that improved our plans and those were approved also. Highly recommended, with excellent communication and an impressive level of professional conduct.

Unite Designs were so professional from beginning to end of our project and we really felt we had a personal touch and that they really cared about our plans and vision. The plans that were drawn up were brilliant and gave our builders the precise information they needed to carry out the work to regulation standard - even in a way that we understood, so we could keep an eye on the build and progress. Thank you to the team for making our first experience of house renovation such a great one. I would highly recommend using them and will use them again in the future!

I used Unite Design for my new build project. From start to finish Mannan was very professional, the communication throughout was excellent. The application encountered some obstacles, but with his knowledge in the field, the planning permission was granted. I would highly reccomend Unite Design.
