As a cafe it was fine. Very disappointing that they DON’T scan Starbucks app or give the rewards even though there is a big sign stating they are Starbucks.......get your act together.

Brilliant service fast and staff were very polite. Drink was amazing and on point with how I like it. Delicious coffee above some of the other Starbucks branches in my opinion but I suppose it depends how you like your coffee.

Ordered 2 large lattes and a muffin for £11 something paid by cash, got 2 medium coffees. When challenged this I was told I asked for medium coffees which is what I've been charged for. This was a lie but I didn't ask to be given a receipt (lesson learned). I suspect the two guys who came in after me snatched my large coffees and I got their order. You should be asking for names, Kayle. You didn't even apologise but told me that you've charged me for medium lattes which wasn't the case. Don't you think customers forget what they always order? Ridiculous. Check your cameras if you are that bothered.

Excellent service! The young girl who served us had long pink braided hair. She was fantastic, very bubberly and happy. Proffesional and clearly liked her job. Thank you, sorry I didn't get your name.

Not much difference between Starbucks branches however this one has a lot better service. One member of staff who served me was a pleasure to deal with, he explained you can use a Cineworld card to get a discount as this Starbucks is a franchise one because it's in Cineworld.

Shocking service for the price. Firstly it took ages to take the order....he could only manage to deal with one at the time. Then it came to the drinks, they didn't get order right and served in a dirty cup. Overall very dirty, they couldn't even be bothered wiping the counter down where you pick your drinks up meaning you got covered in whatever the person before you had and full of empty straw packs.
