Euro Car Parks

Very disappointed with the service. I paid the ticket for the car park, however there was an issue with the machine, so my car plate numbers didn't shown in full. I received the fine, so I made an appeal explaining the whole situation. I haven't received the answer to the appeal on my email address or by post for long time. I totally forgot about the case until I have received reminder letter that I own £100.00. So I appealed once again explaining situation and I have send letter by post. Again Euro Car Parks refused to look into the case, explaining to me that I had 2 weeks to pay administration fees of £20.00 or I could appeal to POPLA service since my first appeal was refused. Understand that, however I had no information on the outcome in the first place, so I didn't know I can do more about this. I asked them to reduce the outstanding balance to the £20.00, but they refused it as well.Euro Car Parks don't care about the whole case. I paid the ticket plus on the top I have to pay £100, because of them mistake. Ridiculous!!There is no customer service available over the phone, no email address, so is hard to speak to someone.If you can avoid this company car parks.

Very poor service! Avoid them car parks if you can!

It's ridiculous that you punish people for no fault of their own. I was standing in line at the car wash because it was busy. I exceeded the time by 11 minutes. The last time I use this station and this car wash. You can be sure that I will not recommend this place to anyone.
