Gone downhill since taken over by superbike factory , prices up cup sizes down , no food on a Sunday at 1430 !!! The left cup is a small cappuccino. The other cup is the one for a refillable good if you like going to and from the drinks machine 20x

Food and service from the friendly staff both excellent. But this cafe is a cut above because of how clean and well kept it is. Staff clear up as they go ensuring the tables are clean and ready for the next customer. The floor is kept clean and the outside areas are kept nice too. So many places have lazy staff who just can't be bothered. This certainly isn't one of those. Top marks for all the staff.

Ordered the Monster breakfast for £11.95 and for that price was expecting great things, only to be disappointed…TWICE! Firstly, after 10-15 minutes waiting I went over to enquire on the progress of my order to discover that it was my breakfast that had been sat under the heat lamp for a good 10 minutes. Everything was cold and the eggs were solid.I took it back to have it replaced, and I also had to go and collect that plate after seeing it sat there for 10 minutes too. This time everything was just as bad apart from the eggs, as they weren’t there. Not good at all.The items on the plate were low quality, cold and small portions on a small oval plate.Lastly, when I asked for mustard the staff looked at me like I’d grown a second head. NOT GOOD!

Absolutely superb food and rather lovely staff!A great place to chill out and partake in fried comestibles and a choice beverage. A lot less busy during the week and more relaxing because of it. Top food, top staff and top location.

Very over priced, £5.25 for a sausage and mushroom sandwich, we’ll say mushroom a teaspoon worth , service very slow, sandwich finished and still waiting for daughters food to come. Which when it did come came out wrong and had to be redone.

Looking at most of the other reviews I think we must have been unlucky yesterday. I had the big breakfast and for £10.95 I thought it was a disgrace! The sausage were the 'Richmond' type, more meat in a Lettuce sandwich, the beans & eggs were dried out because the plate was sat under the heat lamps while it was being assembled, the bacon was poor and the Mushrooms were very greasy & the whole thing looked as though it had been thrown together, with one egg upside down on arrival, I turned it over before the photo was taken. The toast had been cooked using a hair dryer and was cold & soggy. However the black Pudding & the Hash Browns were OK. My wife had a Sausage Cob & at £4.25 with the same poor quality Sausage as the breakfast we thought we'd been mugged. The coffees were very nice though.I'm afraid if you're charging those sorts of prices you need to improve on the quality of content and presentation.Like I said, maybe we were unlucky & may well try again but it wont be in a hurry.
