Professional and very nice people to deal with, thanks for the coffee and the hotdogs.

Some genuinely helpful, friendly members of staff but not the focus on quality and detail that we had hoped for.

John & Sam were so helpful today. They rescued our holiday! The pump on our Motorhome had stopped working. We were miles from home and our usual dealer. We had tried everything. They went over and above and got it sorted. Thank you!

We bought the caravan new from Glossop Caravans in 2022 and that part of it was great, l can't fault them. The caravan was delivered with no faults and at a good price.However the service centre was less of a success. We took the 'van in for the first years service, the price was okay at just over £200But the 'van was returned with the door lock broken, l was fortunately able to dismantle and repair this myself as it wouldn't lock and the caravan was not secure. We asked them to refit the fridge and this looked okay but had dropped in its mounting again by the time l got home. Again, l've repaired this myself. Also they were supposed to fix the main window stay but this failed again the first time we used it.The fridge door fell off the first time we opened it. l don't know what they had done to it (it's never happened before) but again l've repaired it myself.Overall, not terrible but not great. l think next time we'll get the caravan serviced by one of the mobile mechanics that do it on your drive.

I’ve dealt with Glossop since purchasing our Chatsworth 866 new in 2017. They’ve always been excellent, through the sales process and also servicing. Recent major damp work completed on warranty, one of many. I asked them to call me when they’d taken my front blinds off so I could repair the centre one, and they did. The van was ready early and they re-fitted it whilst I waited. No questions asked. The van is always returned clean. Can’t fault them.

Fantastic service from start to finish. All staff extremely helpful. When any niggles arise, Glossop have swiftly acted and corrected issues, all without quibble. Anthony and Lee deserve a special mention. Would and have recommended to all! Thank you.
