Called to get some prices for a service and tyres and the lady over the phone was rude and sounded like she was in a rush didn’t wanna help. Disappointed and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Arrived approx 5 mins before appointed time, directed straight into bay. Staff commenced work immediately. No dramas. Paperwork completed and invoice received. While I was at work my wife (who knows nothing about cars) took our car to Bathwick tyres to investigate a slow puncture.This company convinced my wife that the 2 front tyres of the car only had 1000 miles left on and they needed replacing.. I had checked all the tyres the night when I notices the slow puncture, there was at least 5mm of tread left.. well over 5000 miles.I've previously avoides Bathwick tyres as I've heard many stories like this but I thought the worst that would happen was a new tyre, not 3.If using be wary of false diagnostics and up selling, or avoid completely.
