KRCS Apple Store Nottingham

I went to get my battery replaced there and my phone came back without its security screws and with damage to the exterior of the phone. I went back two days later, after they had notified me of their error, and got the screws put in. Within that week, the left side of the phone screen began to stop working, previous to having my battery replaced at this shop - my phone was fine. Unfortunately, I had left Nottingham and was unable to email, due to my broken phone so I went back to the shop a month later. Firstly, they told me if it was really an issue I would've told them, which was rude and unnecessary, and when I said my phone broke almost immediately after being in their care, they told me I was being silly and it was merely a coincidence. They were rude, and unhelpful and couldn't actually identify why my phone had broken and suggested having a software update (which apparently would fix a hardware issue). They broke my phone and took no responsibility and were rude when I tried to fix the problem. I would never recommend going there, awful service and rude people

I have been using KRCS Nottingham for almost 20 years now. From getting my first ever Mac, an iBook G4 way back in 2004, all the way up to picking up my new 15 inch MacBook Air last week. Always an excellent professional service with no problems. The extra years warranty its also great piece of mind too, although this has never been something I have needed.A special mention to the manager John too. Very knowledgeable and helpful with everything Apple. It was off of the back of his advice I held out upgrading earlier in the year and waited for the new MacBook Air to come out, and I am chuffed to bits with my new machine.I would be very happy to recommend KRCS Nottingham to anyone after a new Apple product.

Recently went into the KRCS Apple Store in Nottingham and have to bug them up for sorting me out. Had an issue with my AirPods which was a simple and easy fix. I came in and they saw to me straight away. Polite, friendly, welcoming and more importantly just helpful. Big up to John and Johnny. Would highly recommend based mostly on their efficiency & customer service.

Took in phone via appointment. Engineer diagnosed issue and arranged for phone to be sent to Apple under warranty for repair. ETA of phone return was 5-8 days due to KRCS weekend not open. Received brand new phone replacement within 4 working days .

Very friendly and helpful staff at KRCS in Nottingham. My MacBook Pro worked straight out of the box and was easy to set up. I'm very pleased!

I previously had a good service experience here, but the most recent interaction was less than stellar. Apple referred me to KRCS for a phone stuck in boot loop. The associate at the store was great in providing detail on what would likely happen, but then it took a few days for them to get back in touch once I left it with them.During that time, there was no answer to my email and no way to call them (their phone line said basically we're too busy to deal with you). When they eventually came back to me, it was to say that I needed a new phone, but no detail was communicated in writing (the repair notice said that there no visible problem to the phone, which clearly wasn't the case).The associate who checked me out provided no further details ('sorry I'm not the technician, so I have no idea') and spent most of our interaction, yelling at another guy in the store who was looking at display phones, whilst trying to multi-task. I ended up just leaving the store and sorting out the details of what had likely happened directly with Apple over the phone. I ended up going next door to John Lewis to buy the replacement phone, which I otherwise would have likely bought at KRCS had they bothered to give me any information or assistance, where at least the sales team could be bothered to explain what was going on!

Cannot thank Harry at KCRS enough. He was enormously helpful in supporting an elderly relative struggling with a broken phone. He established that the phone needed replacing and set-up the new one patiently and with empathy. I can't rate this company highly enough.

Shocking service, employee was smirking at me when telling me that they could not start an exchange without my SIM card tray even though the exchange would not be happening until three days later when I had to go and collect the new phone.He had already told me that the phone was irreparable due to water damage so it was a write off. Why did they need the SIM card tray that day when I offered to bring it 3 days later when collecting my new phone.I said that if I was to go home to collect it then it would be another 80 mile round trip. He said that wasn't his problem.Do yourself a favour and go to an actual Apple store where they are not rude and actually use some common sense. The nearest one to this shambles of a company is Leicester. I wish I had gone there...

Arranged appointment to replace battery in an iPhone. Easy process, left it with them a whilst at the nearby cinema.All sorted and phone working perfectly

Having previously been a customer of KRCS when I broke the screen on my I Phone they were my first choice, very helpful friendly and extremely knowledgeable about anything apple, an excellent team who I would definitely recommend for repairs servicing and purchases.The whole process of my repair was superb they kept me fully informed about the progress and the phone was ready for collection when they said.Well done John and all the staff at KRCS!
