It is very simple and easy to use and it is very safe. However, there is a disadvantage that you can not choose the right warehouse, just very random.Terrible customer service, no staff at all to answer questions, and overcharging.First week £ 22.5. But £ 65 was taken out of my bank in the seventh week. No response to email to customer service

The sign up procedure was very easy. The instructions for the access are so simple to follow . When I first entered the storage I was amazed by the nice smell and how clean and dry the storage was. There were 2 bottles of water for us which is very thoughtful. Thank you! Generally a very positive experience. Highly recommended!

Great storage facility, easy automated access and feels very secure. Everything can be managed from the website. My container was very clean and fresh smelling and the guys leave a welcome package of water for you, much appreciated after some heavy lifting. The sign up process via the website is easy. There wasn't a unit available when I first tried so I called the guys in customer services and they were very helpful letting me know when one would be free and when to go back to the website to sign up for it. I checked out many storage place and Pink is definitely the best value, you get a lot more space for the money compared to other places. It's not possible to drive up to all the units and that is the only drawback with mine. Having said that it is still way better than having to drag everything up to the first floor of other storage places. From someone who was a little unsure about this style of storage beforehand, I'm now sold on it and very happy.

Our weekly charge rose from £18.50 to £47 a week after just 11 weeks.This is an edited review. I originally gave Pink Self Storage 5 stars. They ask for a review in exchange for two weeks half price. At that point you don't know what's coming. We started off by seeing an amazing price but when you ask for a quote it is more. We started off paying £18.50 per week for six weeks which was the introductory offer. We never got the extra two weeks despite giving a review. The cost went up to £37 which was as expected. It stayed at the price for 5 weeks and then we had an email saying that due to rising costs they would be increasing the weekly charge to £47. It stayed at that price for 6 months when we had another email saying that the costs were rising to £57 a week due to rising costs.Their business model is clearly based on get you in cheap and know that once you are in you are unlikely to move. I fail to see how their costs had risen by this amount given that they have no staff at the site, do not meet you to hand the unit over and only check the unit when you have moved out. My advice would be only use this storage facility if you need VERY short term storage. Such a shame given it is so easy to use and they have CCTV s is quite secure.
