Originally went to TUI but they couldn't answer a basic question. Went to Toucan - no problem and staff are so much more helpful and knowledgeable about their job and the holidays they sell. Looking forward to Istanbul in October :)

The best Travel Agent in Basingstoke. The staff in here are so friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. I wouldn't book my holiday anywhere else.
