I have had the misfortune of getting my doors and windows fitted from this diabolical company that goes by the name homehub. Its been a year and we are still waiting on getting remedial work done! They also fitted wrong colour side panels on the front of my house and they wanted to come and fix this by taking the whole door out and fitting it in again! I agreed to this as i had paid alot of money so i wanted to get the product i paid for. They make appointments but dont turn up. Lost count on how many times this has happend. More recently I had an email saying we are booked to get the door refitted and 5 mins later, it was cancelled by phone. You cannot make this stuff up! The owner is the most rudest, ignorant, arrogant person i have ever dealt with. His fitters came to fit the easy clean hinges and broke the glass on the window( plz see pics). I rang him up, I was understandably angry and this guy was so rude. Learn some manners Mr Lawrence! I could go on but i will end it here. LET THIS BE A WARNING TO ANYONE EVEN CONTEMPLATING USING THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THEM. AND LOTS OF THEM!!

Had a few problems recently with a black crittal style kitchen window that was fitted few years ago.I requested online to have the draft window fixed which as the company were busy was a few weeks away.On the week of repair, the install dept sent the Installer a day earlier than was booked by Home Hub (I was at work so couldn't get back to let him in) and he said he had a different day than me and then the actual day it was booked I waited in all day and no one turned up, when I called a very helpful lady Laura helped me, yes, there had been mistake and she was quick to help and booked it in for the next day at 09:00. This appt the installer arrived but unfortunately the next day the entire window smashed due to a rogue screw that had been fitted so now I was left with a fully shattered window for a week and then a very considerate and helpful installer Andy came to fix and replace with a full new glass section. The new hinge I had paid for had been fitted incorrectly and hence smashed the entire window.I get mistakes happen, realise that, but what I am not ok with is asking to speak to the Manager Laurence a few weeks ago telling him I was not happy with the few problems I had experienced, to be honest he didnt seem that bothered but I said I would email him a time line of the problems which I did on 17th November and again a follow up email on 21st November and heard nothing. Still he has not had the courtesy to reply or offer some form of compensation (I took a day from work to wait in and no one arrived and that I paid for a replacement hinge only then to have my entire window smashed from a faulty fitting)I mentioned to Laura when I called in again last week that Laurence had still not replied to my emails and she said when he is next in the office I will let him know.Emails take two mins to reply to. If I treated my clients like this I wouldnt have any left.I would like a financial compensation for all this drama Home Hub Group. Please dont have Laurence call me to sort this out, he made me feel worse as clearly communication and customer care isnt his forte.Please can someone email me to arrange to settle this situation.

Really pleased with how our roof lantern looks. Quote was easy to understand. Product easy to order and it was fitted a week early. Very pleased with the whole process.

Having tried to view and price a Solidor from a number of places to no success a little closer to Guildford we made the drive over to Bracknell. Home hub had a number of the Solidor in stock in varying styles that really helped confirm this was the door we wanted. They also have a full selection of door furniture available to physically view that really helps to make a decision on what you want. We dealt with Chris who was extremely helpful knew the product and offered advise on colours etc he even superimposed the door onto an image of our house so we would know what it looked like. We had Joe install our door, he called me in the morning to say he had collected the door from the warehouse and advise on what time he would be on site, he turned up on time and I left him to it as I needed to go to work. On completion Joe called me and I popped back where he ran through the operation of the door and explained the fitting process. Overall extremely happy with the door and service provided by everyone involved. Chris and Joe you are a credit to the team and we will be using again in the near future for our windows!

Aftercare service is outstanding and very efficient. Booked remedial work swiftly and arrived as agreed. Both installers were very polite and tidy. Thank you very much, highly recommended.

I ordered 2 aluminium windows for a stable conversion and found the service to be outstanding from start to finish. Despite me making a number of tweaks to the order, my Origin windows were turned round at a super fast pace and delivered on my preferred day.The two installers arrived bang on time, were bright, polite and very proud of their work. Despite a couple of challenges with the building being old, nothing was a problem. They did a great job, left it tidy and polished the windows. I couldn't fault the all round service.

We had Home Hub out today installing new bifold Doors. The 2 installers were excellent in their work clean and tidy nothing was to much trouble, A first class job thank you. Would highly recommend Home Hub Bracknell to all.

Thank you so much Home Hub! Amazing job and great value for money. We have a Victorian property and had been nervous about replacing the windows but we finally took the plunge to increase heating economy and warm in the Winter. Home Hub guided us through the process and went above and beyond with their customer service. The guys that installed the windows were amazing as they talked through any changes or decisions and cleaned up after themselves each day. Would highly recommend !
