Brilliant service. I've been buying a main dealer service package for over 10 years. Never had a good experience. Went to Abacus for an mot and repair. Completely different experience. I'll never buy main dealer service package again. I'll go to these guys instead.

I’ve been taking my Van to Abacus for 3 years, they have always been professional, polite and extremely efficient. Went again today for a repair to the rear door lock…as ever excellent service and reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Called this place after finding it on a Google search. Needed an mot same day for a commercial van , and that's exactly what I got . Fantastic customer service from start to finish and the van was ready for work at 11am . No cowboys , no ripping off a woman , 5 star service , can highly recommend.

Hired a van from here (Practical Van Hire) and I cannot fault them. Whilst on hire things did not go smoothly and I ended up having to take remedial actions to rectify. On returning the van I explained what had happened and the actions I had taken and the staff, Abbie in particular, couldn't believe it.As a result of my remedial actions and my honesty, my deposit was returned in full and the van was made ready for the next hirer.I will say this was not the first time I had used Practical Van Hire from this location and on previous occasions the staff here were great, the vehicles clean and tidy and the service great. I will definitely return.A massive thank you to Abbie for all the help she gave on the occasions I have hired from them.
