Called the results line, option 4, was on the line for 45 minutes, 30 of the minutes I was in position 1 from position 4 when i called, absolutely ridiculous, had to hang up. I would give minus 5 stars if I could, fuming to say the least.

Withholds care from patients. This practice has been going steadily downhill for years but the past few months have really taken the extra mile to ensure patients can't even get through to make appointments. The phone in system for appointments is atrocious. Often waiting hours with All our lines are busy

Having had to contact the practice four times in the last week, I cannot fault the service I have received, you do have to wait to get through roughly 40 minutes on phone if 10th in queue, twice I phoned the emergency line as in alot of pain. Spoke to Dr on phone three times and saw nurse practitioner twice and nurse for bloods. All have been amazing and i felt very well cared for when I truely needed their help. staff on phones were super helpful too.

Absolutely atrocious practice which I am now stuck with can never get through on the phone all I need is a referal to go private this lot can't even be bothered to process. The one time I did get in to see a GP she was late then told me I have 7min for appointment 5min of which I spent sorting her teams call about dealing with Trans patients. Clowns

Two days trying to get through on the phone, most of the time just cut off as they say there are too many calls. Just spent 30 mins waiting in line only to be cut off at position 1. Not impressed. Time to switch practices, I think.Update as of June 2023 - 15 calls today and everyone of them gets cut off as there are 'too many calls'. Who's getting through? Complete joke of a system.Edit: I will say, once you eventually get through, the staff are helpful enough. And the doctor I spoke to was great. It's the system I despair of.

What a wonderful experience. From the friendly receptionists answering my call and helping me through the registration process, the fact that I was able to see a doctor the same day I called, and that there is a pharmacy just next door to fill your prescriptions right away. I was very impressed. Having just moved to Scotland from America, my doctor of ten years would still take three months to book an appointment with just to see him about a fever. And even after paying 400 a month for insurance I would have to pay 50 to see him and another 100-200 for medicine. You know what you’re doing here in Scotland and at Scotstown medical group that’s for sure. The entire experience was like nothing I’ve ever had and it was superb. Five stars.

Waiting 2 hours and 50 mins to get through. Told no appointments. Will have to phone back at 1.30Asked to speak to practice manager. Told he doesn’t take phone calls or register elsewhere if I wasn’t happy

Have been going to this practice for years, cannot fault them in anything, the staff is always attentive and helpful. Yes, it can be really difficult to get through now but this is due to the large number of patients in this area..The city council and NHS should expand the practice capacity.

If you are brave enough to call in, you’ll most likely speak to a very abrasive receptionist who will try very hard to deny you any support at all. If you are pushy and are very lucky, they might allow you to very briefly speak to a GP at an undetermined time in the distant future. If you happen to be able to pick up the phone at that exact moment, the GP will make it clear that they don’t really have time to bother with your concerns and that you should get off the phone ASAP. If you are somehow able to convince them that your concerns are actually valid, they may offer to refer you to another service, to which you will agree in hope that some support may finally be coming. However, the GP won’t actually do the referral, and when you discover this several months down the line, you will need to start the whole process over again.

Appalling staff on the desk won't let you talk by talking over you. Problem every month getting my full prescription. The doctors are really nice if you have the good luck to get through. Trying to reorder my repeat prescription today only to be told that the tape is full and to call back another time.
